Compression Straps
What are compression straps?
Compression straps are adjustable straps found on backpacks and stuff sacks that compress and secure gear by reducing its volume. These straps help stabilize the load, prevent items from shifting during movement, and create a more compact pack profile for better balance and maneuverability on the trail. They're commonly used to cinch down sleeping bags, tents, and other compressible gear, while also providing external attachment points for additional equipment.
