Moleskin
What is moleskin?
Moleskin is a soft, adhesive fabric padding used by hikers and backpackers to prevent and treat blisters on feet. The thin, cushioned material sticks directly to skin and provides a protective barrier that reduces friction between the foot and boot or shoe. It's an essential item in most first aid kits for outdoor activities, as it can be applied preventively to hot spots or over existing blisters to enable continued hiking comfort.
