The Raspberry Pi is a low-cost, credit-card-sized computer that plugs into a computer monitor or TV, and uses a standard keyboard and mouse. It is capable of performing many of the functions of a desktop PC, such as spreadsheets, word-processing, and internet browsing. Raspberry Pis are frequently used in educational settings and by makers for projects ranging from home automation to robotics.
