Mesh Network

What is a mesh network?

A mesh network is a distributed network topology where multiple nodes (devices) connect directly to each other, creating redundant pathways for data transmission. Each node can communicate with multiple other nodes and act as a relay, automatically routing data through the best available path. This self-healing architecture provides improved reliability, coverage, and fault tolerance compared to traditional hub-and-spoke networks, making it ideal for IoT applications, smart home systems, and wireless sensor networks.
