Signal
What is a signal?
A signal is a time-varying electrical quantity (voltage, current, or electromagnetic wave) that carries information or data between components in an electronic system. Signals can be analog (continuous values) or digital (discrete binary states), and they represent everything from audio and video data to control commands and sensor measurements. In electronics, signals are processed, amplified, filtered, and transmitted through circuits to enable communication and functionality in devices ranging from simple sensors to complex computer systems.
