Amplification
What is amplification?
Amplification is the process of increasing the magnitude of an electrical signal, typically voltage, current, or power. This is accomplished using active electronic components like transistors or operational amplifiers that take a weak input signal and produce a stronger output signal while preserving the original signal's characteristics. Amplification is essential in audio systems, radio communications, sensor interfaces, and many other electronic applications where signals need to be boosted for processing or transmission.
